1. How do I place an order?
Choose your size, quantity, and backing (magnet or pin), upload your photos, and add to cart. Then head to checkout—we’ll take care of the rest!
2. What types of photos can I use?
Any high-resolution image will work—family portraits, pet photos, vacation snaps, or your own artwork. Just make sure the image is clear and well-lit.
3. Can I order magnets/pins with different photos in one order?
Yes! You can upload different photos for each magnet/pin within the same order.
4. What sizes are available?
- Round 2.25 inches
- Rectangle 1.75x2.75 inches
We’re working on adding more sizes in the future!
5. Can I preview my magnet/pin before ordering?
Yes! A live preview will appear when you upload your image. Make sure to double-check image placement. For rectangle magnets, you are able to choose the photo placement vertically (portrait) or horizontally (landscape).
6. How long will it take to receive my order?
Processing time is 1–2 days. Shipping estimates:
- Shipping: 3–7 business days
7. Where do you ship to?
Anywhere in the USA.
8. Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately, we don’t offer international shipping at this time.
9. Do you offer bulk or wholesale pricing?
Yes, we do! For bulk orders or custom designs, please fill out our custom request form here: Custom Order. We will review and get back to you ASAP.
10. What if my magnet/pin arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your order arrives damaged or there’s an issue, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll do our best to help resolve any issues. See our refund policy: Refund policy – You Got Printed
11. Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
If you need to make a change, reach out to us ASAP, contact@yougotprinted.com. We can only cancel or update your order before it goes into production.
