Refund policy
We want you to love your custom photo magnets or pins! Each item is made to order with care and attention to detail. Because of the personalized nature of our products, we have the following return and refund policy:
1. Custom Orders Are Non-Refundable
All photo magnets or pins are made to your specifications and are therefore non-refundable and non-returnable, unless they arrive damaged or with a manufacturing defect.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or contains a production error:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@yougotprinted.com.
- Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos showing the problem.
- We’ll do our best resolve any issues.
3. Order Changes & Cancellations
Because we begin working on orders quickly:
- If you need to make a change, reach out ASAP. We can only cancel or update your order before it goes into production.
- After this window, we may not be able to accommodate changes or cancellations.
4. Shipping Issues
We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, incorrect addresses provided by the customer, or lost packages once marked as delivered. However, we’ll do our best to help resolve any issues.
5. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you’re not happy with your order for any reason, please reach out to us at contact@yougotprinted.com. While our products are non-refundable, we value your satisfaction and will work with you to find a solution.
